Issue Description:
(Some) users are unable to sign into Internet Identity (or any other site with Passkeys).
Temporary resolution the following steps:
1. Enable iCloud passkey sync.
2. Create a new Internet Identity & sign out.
3. Now you should be able to sign in with your existing Internet Identity

This error message indicates a failure to authenticate using passkey.
Desktop: Please ensure that you are using a supported browser. Try disabling all browser extensions.
Mobile: Please ensure that you are using a supported browser. Update your mobile device operation system to the latest version.
