If you have both your Internet Identity and recovery phrase:
- Follow the steps in the support article How do I Recover my Account with Recovery Phrase?
You'll be able to easily delete your defunct passkey and add a new passkey.
If you don't have both your Internet Identity and recovery phrase:
- Check to see if you're connecting through another connected device to add an additional passkey.
You should always try to have more than one passkey added to your Internet Identity, thus you'll have a backup method for connecting to Internet Identity
If you need to reset your recovery phrase:
- Visit How Do I Reset My Recovery Phrase?
